Returns Policy

You may return any item within 7 days of delivery for replacement with a similar product if there is an issue. You have to pay for the return shipping costs. Maas Computer World shall not be responsible for any transit damage whatsoever, express or implied, and in case goods are found damaged/broken when they reach the customer he must notify Maas Computer World within 6 hours of receipt of the goods and must contact the courier/shipping company picking up/delivering the goods to have his/her grievance redressed. After the lapse of first 7 days, If the product has any functional issues and is under the warranty period, customer must ship the product back at his/her own expense and if we have similar product in stock, we will ship it at back at no cost and if no replacement is available we will issue a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we usually ship the product within 24 hours of receipt of confirm funds except where we are sold out before we processed the order or because of error in the inventory system. In this case it might take few extra days or you can ask for a full refund. Canada Post will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.The shipping rates are not quoted by us. These are directly provided by Canada Post, FedEx or other couriers. We will not be responsible for any extra charges not mentioned in the estimates and subsequently charged by Canada post.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
